Primary Duties:

1. Support faculty in Materials lab
2. Submit weekly work schedule of available work hours
3. Help keep Materials lab clean and organized
4. Manage inventory lists
5. Support students during lab times as class schedule allows
6. Maintain surveying equipment
7. Support faculty at Open Houses (typically 1x per month)
8. Support classroom maintenance when needed
9. Make copies and file accordingly
10. Support DCMSA organization. Post flyers and create communications as needed.

Qualifications & Expectations

• Familiarity with hand and power tools, or willingness to learn
• Effective communicator, using verbal and digital communication
• Self-starter, willing to work independently
• Values a safe working environment
• Has a desire to work with peers and help them get comfortable with power tools
• Student in any program on campus, but ideally SCVL, PMGT, ARCH, IDSN, CMGT, ELEC, ECDM
