Studio Tour Ambassadors are responsible for maintaining guest flow into and out of the Studio Tour Plaza and onto and off of the Trams. Responsible for effectively communicating when the Tram is safe to move, whether the vehicle is loaded and going out on a tour, or when the vehicle is unloaded and ready to move up to the loading area. As representatives of the Studio Tour , STAs are expected to provide excellent guest service by interacting positively with the guests and keeping the Studio Tour area clean and presentable.
Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with boarding the tram and disembarking the tram
- Responsible for tracking the total number of guests on each tram by utilizing tools provided by the company (i.e. log sheets, calculator, etc.)
- Monitor guest throughput and ensure guests are contained in designated queue areas
- Clean, distribute, and collect 3D glasses by utilizing tools provided by the company (i.e. glasses washing machine, rolling cabinets, wash/distribution baskets, rolling collection bins, etc.)
- Promote and provide extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answer questions and offer information in a courteous manner. Seek to provide assistance to guests, where appropriate
- Understand and demonstrate the proper use of safety practices and ensure department standards are maintained and safety policies for the Park upheld
- Perform other duties as assigned

The pay rate for this role is $16.90
