Overview
The Suite Runner assists the Suite Captains in providing guests with a pleasant experience. The Suite runner is primarily responsible for setting the suite up with appropriate preordered and complimentary food and bevarage items and serving equipment before the guests arrive. Following the event the Suite Runner will clear away any remaining food and equipment restoring the suite to prevent condition. The Suite runner will also assist in completing a monthly inventory for the suites.
Must maintain excellent attendence and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $11.00.

Responsibilities
- Assist the suite captain in serving meals to guests in the suites
- Responsible for observing guests to respond to any additional requests and determine when the meal has been completed.
- Responsible for presenting the dessert cart at each suite during events.
- Responsible for cleaning up the remaining food product and equipment after the guests have left.
- Responsible for keeping the suite work areas and equipment clean.
- assist with monthly inventory
- Maintains sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas.
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.
- Ability to speak, read and write in English.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- Possess valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations.
- Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly.
- Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) as they relate to POS cash/credit transactions, cash reconciliation and product inventory.
