JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX Entertainment is looking for an enthusiastic Product Management Intern to join our Production & Post Production Technology team who has great communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

You would be working within the team to help support product management activities with internal applications, tools, and services that are used within FOX Entertainment. This includes improving documentation, research, and evaluation of new solutions, fixing and enriching metadata, and developing better ways to communicate to internal end users on new features, functionality, and product changes.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Learn about the business processes, tools, and media applications in use today
  • Work closely with various team members in the department on creating internal marketing and communication updates for end users for applications the department supports
  • Assist in improving internal documentation and presentations to evaluate new solutions, capturing features, defining key functionality, and necessary details
  • Contribute to data and title metadata improvements and fixes within applications
  • Participate in project planning, team meetings, standups, and more with the department

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree during the length of the program
  • Current class standing of sophomore (second-year college student) or above
  • Committed and available to work on-site in Los Angeles for the entire length of the program
  • Have a strong attention to detail, be a quick and eager learner, and be able to multitask well
  • Interest in product marketing, project management, data analysis, or media production
  • Ability to organize data in a spreadsheet and understand how one thing can relate to another
  • Being comfortable with communication on video calls, sending emails, and chat messaging
  • May be pursuing a STEM major

  • Must demonstrate knowledge of company and media industry

SUMMER 2023 SCHEDULE:

  • General Application Deadline: Wednesday, April 19, 2023
  • Start Date: June 5, 2023 or June 20, 2023
  • End Date: July 28, 2023 or August 11, 2023
  • Scheduled Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • NOTE: Schedules vary based on department needs and your availability.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $25.00-25.00 per hour.
