Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring that all on mountain events are supported from the operations team. Manage communications between Food and Beverage, Hospitality, and Conference Services teams to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. Organize logistical support between the previously mentioned teams and the Mountain Operations teams. Responsible to inspect proper set-up, ongoing maintenance, and break down of on mountain events of all kinds. Manage daily communications for on mountain operations with the potential for event impacts.

Job Responsibilities:
- Organize operational schedule & calendar in conjunction with event schedule.
- Communicate all upcoming events via Event Prospectus.
- Manage logistics support for all on mountain events.
- Manage ongoing communication for all mountain division departments regarding on mountain operations with the potential to impact events.
- Support day of event logistics.
- Provide Safety and Operations plans for all events, to be attached to Event Prospectus.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a supervisor or manager in mountain operations or event management.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Prior experience with scheduling.
- Must be able to effectively present detailed information both verbally and in written form to guests and employees.
- Has prior experience and knowledge of mountain operations, specifically related to summer time mountain operations.
- Preferred able to lift at 50 pounds or more.
- Experienced in multiple aspects of mountain operations.
The expected pay range is $20.00 – $26.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
