Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate is looking for a Summer Marketing Intern to collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all assigned marketing responsibilities are completed accurately, professionally and within appropriate timelines. The marketing intern takes ownership of their assigned projects and aids in the growth and ever-improving quality of those projects. The marketing intern supports company initiatives and opportunities, and while doing so is able to learn more about marketing in real estate and supporting brokers’ businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Social media coordination:
- Create posts and content for company accounts
- Social media engagement – like and follow other posts and interact as the brand
- Social media calendar – work with EC marketing team on plan for summer
Online Tools assistance:
- YouTube and Wistia organization of digital assets
- Google Analytics
Event coordination:
- Work with marketing team on coordination and assisting of summer events, such as Vail Valley Foundation concerts and sponsored events
General Marketing:
- Copywriting and proof reading of all marketing materials
- Attend open houses with marketing team
- Email marketing campaigns for brokers
- Attend occasional volunteer days
- Create blog posts
General Company Administration:
- Maintain consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, and personal appearance as per the Company Handbook. Adhere to relevant health and safety procedures.
- Assist in communication and implementation of new company policies and procedures relating to the day-to-day functions of brokers.
- Maintain a cooperative attitude in working with external points-of-contact, brokers, colleagues.

Pay Rate: $20 / hour DOE
Minimum Requirements
- Experience managing multi-step projects from conception through execution.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a sense of professionalism and customer service.
- Ability to prioritize projects and take on additional tasks, as necessary.
- Proficiency in using internet/email, typing, Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Working towards or having a degree in marketing or related field
