Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Summer Intern to join our real estate team. As a Summer Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience and learn about various aspects of the real estate industry.
This internship will provide you with exposure to different roles within real estate, including marketing, development, market research and broker development. The internship will be a paid, part-time position within our Eagle County offices for the duration of the summer, typically lasting 10-12 weeks.
Responsibilities:
- Assists with MLS data collection and analysis to be used in market report materials for the brokerage.
- Assists with listing preparation and management, including but not limited to: MLS input, marketing materials, showings, open houses, comparative market analysis, etc.
- Assists with general administrative support, including but not limited to: Answering phones, greeting visitors, assisting brokers with office technology, scheduling and helping with office meetings, office documentation, file management, general office up-keep, etc.
- Assists with company event set up as needed.
- Attends company events and department meetings as appropriate.
- Attends open houses as schedules allow.

Location: Slifer Smith & Frampton offices in Vail, Avon, Beaver Creek, and Eagle, CO
Start Date: June 14, 2023
Pay Rate: $20 / hour DOE
Minimum Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in real estate, business, finance, or a related field.
- Solid analytical skills and the ability to interpret and analyze data effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams) and familiarity with real estate software and databases a plus.
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
- Demonstrated interest in the real estate industry through coursework, previous internships, or extracurricular activities is preferred.
