Your Opportunity

The PWR Mechanical Analysis Team Supervisor position is within the Mechanical Design & PWR Product Engineering organization in the Fuel Business Unit which is responsible for a broad range of activities including fuel rod and control component design, materials development, manufacturing support, and fuel performance code development. The engineering activities are coordinated with other Framatome fuel engineering departments both locally and worldwide. You will be responsible for leading a team of talented engineers to help fulfill the mission of ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective PWR fuel. Your team will focus on performing various mechanical/structural evaluations to support fuel licensing and performance and will also contribute to the development of new innovative fuel designs and analytical methods. This opportunity is located in Lynchburg, Virginia.

Our total rewards package

The range of base salary for the position is between $91,000 – $124,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
