The Inside Sales Supervisor is responsible for directing the daily activities for the Business Inside Sales Representatives and assists with the management of channel operations. Responsible for achieving channel and budget objectives; and creating the ideal customer experience while applying the principles of the Dynamic Organization.
- Provide leadership and coaching to inside sales wireless consultants on selling skills, company policies and practices, performance management and career development.
- Drive the achievement of channel sales metrics which include appointments set, appointments held and opportunities created within the inside sales existing customer base.
- Drive the achievement of monthly sales quotas.
- Supervise, monitor, and train staff on inbound and outbound calling activities.
- Maintain proper human resource management practices, including performance assessment, feedback, coaching, job planning and training.
- Resolve and/or address escalated inside sales problems or questions.
- Analyze information/reports and creates plans for continuous improvement and future growth, recommending and implementing changes when necessary.

- Communicate, interpret, and ensure compliance with UScellular policies, procedures, promotions and goals as they apply to area(s) of supervision.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the inside sales channel.
- Conduct meetings with inside sales team. Meetings at times may include other department staff and sales management.
- Observe and develop sales team in selling tools and techniques including prospecting customers, qualifying needs, overcoming objections, and sales closing practices.

Salary Range $48400 – $70150 / yearly

- High school diploma or state equivalency certification.
- 2-4 years commissioned sales experience in business-to-business sales and/or inside sales environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of business sales success.
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Experience in organizing, planning, and delegating duties and work assignments.
- Proficient in balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- College degree.
- One to two years previous sales management experience.
- Inside sales experience.
