Position Description:

Our supervisors will experience a unique opportunity to employ their previous work experience by collaborating with healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for hiring, training and performance management. You will also have an opportunity oversee all budgetary requirements, manage technology and software systems. This is a great opportunity for you to advance your skills!

We are hiring immediately with an expected start date of ASAP. You will have the opportunity to gain experience into new roles in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Hiring, training, and performance management
  • Designing, workflow and reliable work methods
  • Collaborating with clinical programs regarding service planning
  • Developing department policies and procedures and emergency plans
  • Creating standardized recipes
  • Answering questions regarding specialized orders
  • Responding to recalls
  • Initiating and monitoring follow-through for maintenance or repair of equipment
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Conducting performance improvement and addressing quality assurance issues
  • Managing technology and software systems
  • Handling budgetary surveillance

Job Requirements:

  • High School education or GED
  • Previous management or supervisory experience
  • State food handling license/certification
  • Effective leadership, communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work cross functionally
  • Must be able to work onsite, Monday-Friday (8:30am-5:00pmEST)
  • An active and unrestricted driver license is required for this position

Experience in healthcare or the food service industry work is beneficial for this position.

The pay range for this role is $30.00 per hour. The actual pay may vary based on factors like candidate qualifications and competencies.

Duties may require compliance with client requirements that all those performing services on-site be fully vaccinated.
