The CO+I Datacenter business is looking to fill the role of Supplier Engagement Program Manager. The CO+I organization is responsible for delivering Datacenter builds for Microsoft’s cloud business. We have a portfolio of complex, multi-disciplinary, multi-million, multi-year Datacenter construction and lease projects. You will be responsible for partnering with the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Cost Management teams, and key stakeholders to transform current processes and implement changes related to new processes and systems.

Qualifications:
Required/Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field AND 8 + years’ experience in Engineering, Procurement, Operations,, Program Management, Process Management, Change Management, Process Improvement
- OR equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience working with any, but not limited to, of the following: Procurement, Supply Chain, IT, or Operations teams
- Experience working with supplier engagement and development
- Experience working with enterprise-scale ERP system integrations
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field AND 10+ years experience in Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or Programming
- OR Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field AND 12+ years experience in Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or Programming
- OR equivalent experience.
- Current knowledge of SAP Business Network, Supplier Enablement Automation features and ability to assist in the education process of internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple large, complex projects and organize workload based on various stages and complexity
- Extensive experience working with integration protocols including Commerce eXtensbile Markup Language and Electronic Data Interchange Interchange as well as Industry specific experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to successfully manage high levels of ambiguity
- Procurement lifecycle experience, including work in roles such as Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Sourcing, Supplier Management, Vendor Management or Purchasing at a large global company
- Experience in driving change across organizations
Business Program Management IC6 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $124,800 – $266,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $159,000 – $292,200 per year.

Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates thought leadership in contributing to overall business goals, objectives, and strategies, as well as short- and long-term business priorities. Understands and identifies current program risks, impact, and develops mitigation plans impacting the broader unit.
- Leads the identification and tracking of change impacts and the definition of the program strategy. Gathers change requirements, identifies resource needs, creates the change plan and targets, and works across teams to align on the plan of record. Improves the operations of existing programs by applying industry methodology, defining highly complex program issues, assessing various scenarios, and selecting the optimal scenario to implement changes.
- Provides expertise to produce collateral (e.g., proposals, strategy walking deck, internal and external pitch content) to incorporate stakeholder needs and ensure the business objectives are met.
- The Supplier Engagement Lead will lead our efforts to work with our supplier partners and on-board the suppliers and their data on the new platform
- Lead all assigned suppliers in the completion of their change management tasks, from the initial outreach phase, through testing, and until the supplier is ready to transact with the buyer on the new platforms/processes
- Work with our supplier to optimize order flow and data sharing processes via configurating business network collaboration
- Discuss the integration options that best meet the needs of Microsoft and the suppliers
- Prioritizes strategic suppliers and strategic accounts based on record information in the system
- Work with functional teams to define the level of permission for supplier data sharing
- Must gain a deep understanding of our current activities and work directly with company leaders to prioritize projects to improve our business
- Collaborate closely with the SAP Implementation teams, business stakeholders, engineering, information technology, 3 rd party teams in identifying the change impacts to the processes and solutions to devise the supplier training strategy and plan. Responsible for coordinating the training experience and the training delivery to the suppliers.
