Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Supply Chain Invoicing Manager (Level K) to join our CSP Program Management Operations team.
In this role, the focus will be on m anaging employees performing technical invoicing, cost recoveries, and dispute resolution in support of the Component Services portfolio of programs within Boeing Global Services.
Position Responsibilities
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals. Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Manages, develops and motivates employees.
- Develop process improvements with the goal of improving efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction
- Identify, collect and monitor appropriate metrics to ensure performance
- Create development plans for team members including coaching, mentoring, knowledge transfer and developmental opportunities and job assignments to enhance employee performance and expand capabilities
- Develops strategies to ensure performance to meet LRBP goals and objectives
- Provides on-going developmental feedback. Champions employee recognition by acknowledging contributions of individuals and teams to improve employee satisfaction and retain a skilled and motivated workforce
The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
- Experience working in a commercial Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) environment
- 1 + years formal management or formal team lead experience
- 5 + years of experience in Data Analysis and Metric Generation
- 1+ years experience using continuous process improvement initiatives
- 5+ years experience with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
- Bachelors degree of higher
- Ability to analyze service literature and engineering technical documentation
- Working for an airline or directly with airline customers
- Experience working with rotable components, LRUs, and/or pooling programs
- Experience addressing customer disputes and escalations
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
Typical Education & Experience :
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years’ related work experience, 19 years’ related work experience, etc.)

Summary pay range: $119,000 – $161,000
