Job Description
The Part Time Supply Chain Professional will work individually to provide support to the TCAS Supply Chain team.
Description of Duties and Responsibilities
Consolidated (Indirect/MRO) purchasing responsibilities:
- Warehouse/Facilities
- Creating po’s for all requisitions issued
- Coordination of po’s with the original requisitioner & the supplier
- MRBR management, review & processing
Manage 15 domestic, finished goods suppliers
Responsible for all aspects that a Buyer/Supplier Planner would manage.
- Purchase requisition review
- Review forecasts
- PO placement
- Vendor management
- MRBR review
Weekly reports for DOH and OOS and other reports as needed
Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must have strong analytical, time management, and problem solving skills
- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have excellent software skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
