Responsibilities:
- Supports and designs department project assignments and small system implementation.
- Provides input to solution development efforts.
- Completes assignments as directed.
- Maintains schedules.
- Tracks information system resources for assigned projects.
- Reports on project time-lines and documents performance.
- Develops work products, documentation of operational and business objectives, best technology capabilities and task level resource requirements.
- Maintains project task plans, documentation and communications.

Certifications:
- Microsoft, CompTIA, or equivalent preferred.
- For Information Technology Division caregivers, ITIL Foundations certification is required within 6 months of position start date.

- Strong analytical, critical thinking and communication skills are required.
- Excellent at problem solving and relationship building.
Systems Analyst II Requirements
Education:
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of three years of experience in information technology dealing with applications development and support, or end user training, or equivalent experience in an operational or financial role utilizing the systems or data generated by the systems supported by this position .
- Offset: High School diploma/GED and five years of experience.
- Offset: Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience.
Systems Analyst III Requirements
Education:
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of five years of experience in information technology dealing with applications development and support, or end user training, or equivalent experience in an operational or financial role utilizing the systems or data generated by the systems supported by this position .
- Offset: High School diploma/GED and seven years of experience.
- Offset: Bachelor’s degree and three years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ivalua experience
- SQL experience
- Knowledge of computer and network architecture
Physical Requirements:
- High degree of dexterity to produce materials on a computer.
- Requires normal or corrected vision, hearing and speech.
- Mobility sufficient to attend meetings.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- The position must be available after hours for support by pager and computer dial-in.

This person will be responsible for supporting the Ivalua application and it’s customers. The Cleveland Clinic uses Ivalua for supplier onboarding, requisitioning, sourcing, price management, contract management, supplier performance and item management. It works in conjunction with our Oracle ERP and together they support the SCM and Market Network Services functions for Cleveland Clinic. The candidate will work closely with customers from multiple CC departments to ensure the best customer experience when using the Ivalua modules. The candidate will support system enhancements brought forward by customers as well as standard system upgrades.
This position will be a Systems Analyst II or III depending on the candidate’s experience.
Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $33.46
Maximum hourly: $51.03
