Supply Management Distribution Technician I

Overview

Responsible for picking, packing, and shipping all Time and Attendance orders within the designated time frame to meet the Service Level Agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures that 99% of all shipments received by 2:00 PM are shipped in accordance with the Service Level Agreement.
  • Builds Time and Attendance products into finish materials to ensure they are ready for shipping to clients/customers.
  • Maintains accurate records of returned products using the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) system to ensure proper inventory control and record keeping.
  • Receives orders and maintains accurate records of received orders into Oracle to ensure proper inventory control and record keeping.
  • Applies firmware and software programs as deemed necessary by internal operations and external suppliers.
  • Coordinates the return of warranty repairs with appropriate supplier to ensure the process is handled timely and properly.
  • Monitor parts inventory and places appropriate replenishment requests with the appropriate departments to ensure supplies meet business needs.

Qualifications

  • H.S. Diploma – Required
  • 2 years of experience in Technical experience.
  • Possesses strong technical aptitude.
  • Licensed forklift operator – Preferred
  • Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00PM EST
  • $15.00 an hour

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay for this position is $15.00 an hour. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
