Support Engineering Data Specialist 2

Contract Position
$36.53-$45.66/Hour

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate engineering data for supportability for a fielded end item, systems, or components.
- Establish and sustain maintenance task data and corresponding logistics support analysis records.
- Establish and sustain supportability data and corresponding logistics support analysis records.
- Develop or update component level publication elements.
- Generate standardized reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree combined with 3 + years of relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Army experience with MOS 15Y or 15R, long story short, apache maintainers
- Experience with AH-64 Apache or similar military rotorcraft, Knowledge of rotorcraft maintenance/parts and supply
- Experience reading and interpreting Engineering Drawings and Technical Data.
- Experience in Supply Chain.
- Experience working on cross functional teams, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working with technical publications
- Experience in a team-based environment
- Ability to analyze engineering data and apply results of analysis to practical applications
- Experience performing or supporting military rotorcraft maintenance
- Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience in the development of technical manuals for military customers
- 3+ years of experience authoring technical publications
- Experience in AH-64 maintenance
- Self-motivated and strive to continually develop skills and work with minimal direction
- Able to work in office environment and learn multiple computer applications and processes
