Position Overview
Support systems and users for the iWIC systems. Troubleshoot user issues and system issues to resolution. Proactive in following up via (email, digital message, phone or in person) with Users of the iWIC system. Ability to use ServiceNow Support Ticketing System to respond to, follow up with and to communicate with users and support staff.
Job Responsibilities
1. Troubleshoot user and staff users of the IWIC system.
2. Support the users and staff using the IWIC Systems.
3. Follow up via (email, digital message, phone or in person) with users of the IWIC System.
4. Utilization of the ServiceNow Support Ticketing System to respond to, follow up with and to communicate with users and support staff.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Requires four (4) years of college with course work in computer science or directly related fields.
2. Requires experience with support systems and users for the IWIC systems.
3. Requires experience troubleshooting user issues and system issues to resolution.
Conditions of Employment
1. Requires ability to pass a name-based background check.
