Position Overview
Serves as a point of contact to support systems and users for the Payroll and Timekeeping systems and other systems assigned to the Payroll System. Individual will trouble shoot user issues and system issues to resolution. Individual will be proactive in following up via e-mail, digital message, phone or in person with users of the Payroll and Timekeeping System. Individual will have the ability to use ServiceNow Support Ticketing System to respond to, follow up with and to communicate with users and support staff.
Job Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot user and staff users of the Payroll and Timekeeping System.
- Support the Users and Staff that utilize the Payroll and Timekeeping Systems.
- Proactive in following up via e-mail, phone or in person with users of the Payroll and Timekeeping system.
- Utilize and have the ability to use ServiceNow Support Ticketing System to respond to, follow up with and to communicate with users and support staff.
Minimum Qualifications
- Four (4) years of college with course work in computer science or directly related fields.
- Ability to troubleshoot user issues with the Payroll and Timekeeping Systems.
- Ability to use ServiceNow Support Ticketing System to respond to, follow up with and to communicate with users and support staff.
Conditions of Employment
- Technical and User knowledge of the State of Illinois Payroll and Timekeeping Systems.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in written form to interact with users.

Work Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 5:00pm
