SVP, Retail Risk Transformation Execution – Program Management Senior Lead (Hybrid)

The Retail Risk Transformation Execution is a is responsible for managing multiple complex programs

related to Retail Risk transformation, in coordination with Risk SMEs, Technology and other support functions. Experience in program management is a must. Strong communication and negotiation skills are required. Experience with Retail Risk data and infrastructure is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple complex programs for transformation initiatives in coordination with Global Functions Technology Services (GFTS), Personal Banking and Wealth Management (PBWM) Technology and In-Business Risk teams; and Risk teams (RDSO, CRSE) to drive execution of requirements, development and implementation; and ensuring process compliance with Citi Program Management Standards.
  • Managing the end-to-end program tracking and reporting for programs and initiatives including Operating Council reporting, Weekly Program Management Reporting, Retail Transformation Program Office updates and Citi-Wide Key Initiative reporting (as required).
  • Contributes to implementation of the Data Operating Model (common data and data standards) integrating into technology platforms.
  • Effectively challenge to program/project plans, risk, issues and change requests from business teams and business Sponsor.
  • Identify and manage dependencies across programs/projects.
  • Ensure Key stakeholder engagement and communication is in place.
  • Regularly interacts with peers within the firm and across functions.
  • Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience, within the financial services industry highly preferred
  • Knowledge and expertise in Program Management, including Project Management and/or management reporting and analysis.
  • Requires communication and diplomacy skills in order to guide and influence others.
  • Experience and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint and Project.
  • PMP preferred
