Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in business, computer science, information technology or a related field with a minimum of two years in a similar field; or completion of related industry certification with a minimum of two years in a similar field; or a minimum of 5 years of experience in the technology field including functions similar to those described below.
- At least 2 years of experience managing inventory and/or utilizing inventory software highly preferred,
- Strong organizational skills required,
- Experience in the diagnosis and repair of personal computing equipment and peripherals, Chromebook diagnostics and repair and Help Desk software experience preferred,
- Working knowledge of computer and networking software including Microsoft and other web based enterprise software,
- Knowledge of Microsoft directory services, Google administration, and wireless connectivity.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate well in a team environment.
Pay Rate:
Administrative Support Grade P4 Salary Scale (credit is based on years of full-time experience in a related position)
Assignment:
Full time / 12 months / 245 days
