Your role in our mission

  • Oversees and conducts software testing assessments and evaluations through analysis and interpretation of objective and subjective evidence to establish standards and verify compliance with the organization’s quality plan. Determines level of process and product quality. Develops written reports of findings and escalates unresolved issues to appropriate levels.
  • Evaluates work products to independently assess quality and reports findings. Assists in implementing recommendations as approved. Develops and maintains quality assurance documentation for projects and tasks to include quality metrics. Ensures documentation complies with established standards, policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Plans, tracks, oversees, and coordinates audit support tasks, gathering data or other information requested for audits, and obtains all information necessary to present a complete and accurate audit response to clients.
  • Monitors and reports on KPIs and ensures that all contractual obligations and service level agreements are met with focus on continual improvement. Reviews internal department performance as determined by procedures and measured against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and compiles corresponding results.
  • Communication and dissemination of quality assurance and improvement information, including ensuring that accurate Service Level Reports are produced in a timely manner, monitoring, and reviewing Actual Service Levels achieved against their SLA Targets, and initiating and managing Service Improvement Plans (SIPs) as required, within imposed cost constraints.

What we’re looking for

  • Must be Certified in Software Test Professional or American Software Testing Qualification.
  • Four (4) or more years of software testing experience required. Healthcare or insurance industry claims experience preferred. Quality assurance, engineering, or audit experience preferred.
  • Excellent attention to organization and detail. Demonstrated analytical ability and problem-solving acumen.
  • Strong communication/presentation skills to effectively interact with and present findings to Corporate and Sector/Account leadership, team members, and customers.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment in deploying appropriate criteria, methods, and techniques required to achieve measurable objectives.

What you should expect in this role

  • Experience working with project management methodology and process improvement plans.
  • Must be a resident of the state of California.
  • Hybrid work environment 1-2 days a week in the office as needed for face-to-face and client meetings with the remainder of time remote work. The office is located in the Roseville/Sacramento area.

The pay range for this position is $90,700.00 – $129,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
