Volt is immediately hiring for a Systems Administrator Lead in El Paso, Texas
As a System Administrator Lead you will:
* Provide support to staff and act as a liaison to the IT Team
* Keep accurate inventory of hardware and software and install user’s equipment
* Assigns security permissions and trains users on correct use of software / hardware
* Performs problem solving duties when alerted by a user or monitoring system
* Utilize Intune for computer management, software deployment
* Install, text and configure new workstations, equipment and software
* Build batch programs, SQL programs. Build interfaces SQL and DB2 databases
* Writes reports collecting information from department databases and resources
System Administrator Lead candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
* Associate degree in Computer Science, I.T Certifications a plus – proven skill set
* Must have 4 years experience with hardware, software, networking and end user support
* Windows operating systems management and deployment, VMWare navigation
* Sentinel One or pany proven Anti-Virus products, UcaaS platforms
* Microsoft, M365 premium, Exchange,Forms, Sharepoint, Teams and MFA
* Azure management, Office 365, MS SQL, coding, building labels, batch programming
* Red Gate a plus
This is a Full Time Temp to Hire Opportunity.
Rate of pay is $22 per hour
8am to 5pm Monday to Friday with OT if required
