About the Role:
Reporting to the Chief Technology officer, the system administrator will manage existing network and systems, and deploy solutions to provide increased performance, reliability, and efficiency for our employees. They will also run IT Help Desk as needed for escalated issues. This opportunity presents a lot of upside as Optimize Health grows as a company.
This role is based out of our office in Seattle, WA.
Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating with internal teams (e.g. Engineering, Information Security, HR) to support their requirements.
- Configuration and central management employee workstations and virtual desktops (e.g. AWS Workspaces), including antivirus and software updates.
- Configuring and maintaining our MDM softwareConfiguring and managing mobile devices.
- Configuring systems for security and performance.
- Managing user accounts and permissions in our identity platform.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issuesMaintaining documentation of the systems configuration.
What we are looking for:
- You have in-depth knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
- You have 2+ years in a Systems Administrator or similar role.
- You have 2+ years of experience in an internal customer, external customer, or client-facing role (i.e. IT helpdesk).
- You are knowledgeable of various platforms and operating systems, especially Mac OS.
- You have experience with Okta and Crowdstrike.
- You are able to assist with the administration of company software tools such as Mobile Device Management, AWS environments, and other SaaS accounts.
- You thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- You’re a strong communicator who can lead productivity tools training, communicate updates, and handle everyday productivity tools related maintenance.

$70,000 – $80,000 a year
The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 annually.
