This position is located at Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA.
This position is not eligible for telecommuting.
Essential Functions
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling reports, and assisting in resolving resource utilization conflicts.
- Provide task direction and guidance to the Resource Control Analyst and Schedulers.
- Prepare and deliver reports and summaries specified in the basic contracts, of the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL).
- Provide operational scheduling support, to include resource status reporting, conflict analysis, operations verification, site notification, institutional scheduling, test data receipt and distribution.
- Provide Data Handling Center support, to include coordination of data processing system, production review of Data Distribution (DDL), and delivery of data production.
- Maintain and reconcile Direct Cost Reimbursement data from resources reporting JOCAS, Range Utilization Measurement System (RUMS) and Task Assignment Reporting Systems (TARS) to the Western Range and for timely and accurate submission of funding and expenditure to the Air Force Accounting Office
- Provide status reports of data production and maintains the DDL for data and completion of the data production cycle for an operation.
- Monitor data production, timelines and assure final delivery of data productions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Proficient effective written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently with moderate oversight and assume task related leadership to include decision making.
- Ability to work in a dynamic work environment with multiple task assignments, under pressure to meet deadlines and short-notice requirement changes.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Five or more (5+) years of analytical experience
- Intermediate experience using computers, to include proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Power Point and Excel.
- Experience working as a team member with orientation towards group dynamics to create synergy and quality products.
- Experience in use of Western Range Scheduling tools and associated software preferred.
- Functional understanding and knowledge of the WR Range launch requirements, maintenance planning and engineering activities and their interrelationship is preferred.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
- The flexibility to work non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific project or mission requirements.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance, which includes U.S. citizenship.
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License.

The salary range for this role is $76,970 – $98,728; however, RGNext considers several factors when extending an offer for employment, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training and preferred skills and knowledge.
