Chipton-Ross is seeking a Systems Application Analyst 3 for a contract/hybrid opportunity in Newport News, VA.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops computer systems specifications that address business requirements and that fit with the companys system architecture standards. Establishes and documents system parameters and formats, ensures hardware and software systems compatibility and coordinates and/or modifies system parameters in terms of existing and projected computer capacity and capabilities. Revises existing systems and procedures to correct deficiencies and maintain more effective data handling, conversion, input/output requirements, and storage.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of experience. Master’s Degree and 3 years of experience. Ph.D. and 0 years of experience. 4 years of related exempt experience can be substituted for Bachelor’s degree. 8 years of non-related exempt experience can be substituted for Bachelor’s degree.
• Candidate should have in depth knowledge and experience with the latest Windows operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Candidate should have expertise in using imaging tools like Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), Windows Deployment Services (WDS), Microsoft InTune, Workspace One, etc.
• Candidate should have a good understanding of hardware components like CPUs, hard drives, and memory to ensure images that are deployed to client devices meet minimum requirements.
• Candidate should have knowledge and familiarity with Active Directory, Key Management System (KMS), and Virtualization platforms like Hyper-V.
• Certifications such as Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Windows Server Administration, and Security+ are preferred.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree is required.
School must be accredited.
HOURS:
7:30AM to 4PM.
Position will require 75% on site, and 25% telework
