Overall Objective and Purpose
The Casino Systems Senior Project Manager responsible at the Strategic Account Program Level is responsible for coordinating all aspects of a new initiative, product or service project for a client, from inception to installation. This is a senior level Project Management role overseeing installations that may involve acceptance of capitalized equipment, enterprise software systems, system integration, content design and jurisdictional requirements and/or consulting projects/engagements. This also entails program management including regular maintenance activities on the Customer Strategic Account including overall Portfolio Management, KPIs and Escalations.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities
• Program Management includes a strong relationship with our Strategic Customers who represent 80% of our revenue and ongoing sales.
• Program Management requires the end-to-end management of new initiatives, gathering, analyzing and presenting KPIs, governance of the Project Portfolio including monitoring, management escalations and providing support to the project team.
• The Projects can consist of scheduled system upgrades throughout the Customer’s Enterprise focusing on the delivery of new or enhanced products to improve customer satisfaction through the use of technology. This includes but is not limited to developing, tracking and reporting on project progress, resource, staff, assets, schedules, and project metrics.
• Requires presence on site at Customer’s property(s).
• Involves extensive interaction with sales, systems engineering, services consultants, product development, and other members of cross-functional teams.
• Coordinates all aspects of a product or service offering project for a client, from inception to installation.
• Projects are focused on the delivery of new or enhanced products for the improvement of customer satisfaction through the use of technology.
• Project management and communication skills, rather than technical skills, are key, but a strong technical background is often required to manage competing interests.
• Develop and document related artifacts for an assigned project/ product including coordination of technical specifications.
• Acts as liaison between sales, systems engineering, product development, and other members of cross-functional teams.
• Provide troubleshooting assistance to, and act as a point of escalation for, project teams.
• Participate in removing project barriers and roadblocks and develop and submit for approval budgets and schedules for assigned projects.

Work Location
We prefer this individual resides in Las Vegas, NV but we will consider applicants who are near a major city.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years project management experience. Direct program management a plus.
• Must have proficient knowledge of, networked systems, project management, inventory management, MS Suite including MS Project, organizational and analytical skills, with excellent written and oral communication skills.

Qualifications
• 6+ years project management experience.
• Knowledge of gaming industry, gaming regulations, casino operations and or slot technical ability.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $71,000-$165,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
