Preferred Qualifications:
- Extensive Microsoft 365 (M365) SharePoint environment support experience.
- Experience migrating from on premise to the cloud.
- PowerShell scripting and/or Power Automate experience.
- Familiarity with document classification types/sensitivity labels and security access controls.
- Familiarity with using SharePoint as a content management system.
Responsibilities:
- Contributes to the design, engineering and implementation of systems infrastructure.
- Installs and maintains operating systems and related software.
- Manages and monitors enterprise systems environment.
- Troubleshoots and resolves problems in the systems environment.
- Applies proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, communicate and resolve issues.

Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Certifications:
- Appropriate industry credentials may be required.
- For Information Technology Division caregivers, ITIL Foundations certification is required within 6 months of position start date.
Complexity of Work:
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Work Experience:
- At least three years’ work experience in a technical/analytical position responsible for managing server environments.
- For IT Security, minimum three years’ work experience in a technical/analytical position in risk/compliance areas.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
- Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
- Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
- In some locations, ability to move up to 20 lbs.

Information Technology (IT) is in charge of managing the SharePoint online product which is the basis for Teams and OneDrive. Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $33.46
Maximum hourly: $51.03
