Systems Engineer I – Microsoft 365 Content Support

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive Microsoft 365 (M365) SharePoint environment support experience.
  • Experience migrating from on premise to the cloud.
  • PowerShell scripting and/or Power Automate experience.
  • Familiarity with document classification types/sensitivity labels and security access controls.
  • Familiarity with using SharePoint as a content management system.

Responsibilities:

  • Contributes to the design, engineering and implementation of systems infrastructure.
  • Installs and maintains operating systems and related software.
  • Manages and monitors enterprise systems environment.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves problems in the systems environment.
  • Applies proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, communicate and resolve issues.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Certifications:

  • Appropriate industry credentials may be required.
  • For Information Technology Division caregivers, ITIL Foundations certification is required within 6 months of position start date.

Complexity of Work:

  • Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Work Experience:

  • At least three years’ work experience in a technical/analytical position responsible for managing server environments.
  • For IT Security, minimum three years’ work experience in a technical/analytical position in risk/compliance areas.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.
  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
  • In some locations, ability to move up to 20 lbs.

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

We are looking for a Systems Engineer to join our team of devoted caregivers. Information Technology (IT) is in charge of managing the SharePoint online product which is the basis for Teams and OneDrive. This role is crucial as it will help guide the organization down the road of advanced tooling and processes. You will:
• Align platforms and technical strategies with the business vision and objectives.
• Ensuring the stability and efficiency of the operation of enterprise systems.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize all systems hardware and operating systems.

Pay Range

Minimum hourly: $33.46

Maximum hourly: $51.03
