Responsibilities
• Process transactions in accordance with Federal Reserve Banking and finance laws
• Identify financial discrepancies in customer accounts
• Process financial transactions and prepare vouchers to include entitlements and invoices
• Certifiy availability and accountability of funds as well as entitlements for payment of claims and invoices
• Utilize extensive knowledge of appropriation and finance laws
• Analyze and prepare reports to guarantee contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and cost control guidelines
• Perform cost and schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risks
• Prepare financial inputs for internal reports and presentations
• Perform program financial analyses and provide both external and internal reporting
• Serve as the voice of client to deliver mission requirements
• Define and produce documentation for status and tracking
• Manage reach-back on operations and technology needs based on policies
• Collaborate with Client to establish process and implementation strategies

• Must have a strong desire to deliver on customer and company commitments
• Must provide expert program management and have a strong desire to improve the customer experience
• Must have excellent notetaking skills
• Must be proficient in client reporting style
• Must be flexible with duties and responsibilities
• Must have an aggressive work ethic and ability to work unsupervised
Additional Qualifications
• TS/SCI w/ POLY
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Banking and Finance Laws
• Experience with generating and coordinating documents using the Clients specific reporting system
• Experience with creating briefing packages and communicating to leadership both technical and non-technical audiences
• Self-starter and demonstrated ability to work independently
• Experience managing requirements for a large organization
• Able to learn quickly on the job
• Translating and simplifying complicated business and financial topics for variety of audiences
• Strong knowledge of using client internal capabilities: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint
• BS 12-15, MS 10-13. Phd 10+; additional experience can be accepted in lieu of degree

Target Salary Range
$146,000 – $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
