Responsibilities
- Document processes, methods, standard operating procedures, templates as necessary to ensure high quality and repeatable process
- Develop and deliver executive-level updates and briefings for senior leadership and groups
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps, decomposing strategic vision into tactial actions
- Work with customers to translate use needs into requirements
- Manage purchases and program budget
- Work with Security to ensure systems meet customer requirements
- Manage logistics, involving equipment purchasing and deployments
Qualifications
- BS 10-12, MS 8-10, Phd 5-7
- Risk analysis
- Understanding of emerging technical trends
- Understanding of UTS technical challenges
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal – with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong Program and Project Management skills
- Strong personal network
Additional desired skills:
- Understanding of customer technical challenges
- Knowledge of customer procurement and budget process, and systems
- Knowledge of customer Security and Logistics processes, and systems

Target Salary Range
$112,000 – $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
