Overview
This role is responsible for managing and maintaining ERP users, roles, and authorizations, troubleshooting ERP security issues, and ensuring seamless integration of systems. The position will play a role in data migration, data integrity, enhancing user experiences, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our organization.
*This position is a remote position within the Titan Machinery footprint. Eligible candidates must reside in CO, IA, ID, MN, ND, NE, SD, WI or WY.

- Create, manage, and maintain ERP user accounts, roles, and authorizations to ensure proper access control
- Identify and troubleshoot ERP account challenges, collaborating with relevant teams to implement solutions
- Configure security roles within the ERP system to align with business needs, ensuring appropriate access levels
- Collaborate with end users and partners to manage and maintain ERP connection to printers and credit card devices
- Lead the setup and authorization of users for the organization’s mobile app to enhance workforce mobility
- Assist in data migration activities, ensuring the smooth transfer of data from legacy systems to the ERP
- Work with team members to troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues, minimizing disruptions to the business
- Identify and address technical ERP issues, coordinating efforts with internal teams and external partners
- Participate in the deployment of enhancements and bug fixes, following the lifecycle management processes
- Load external data into supporting systems, enabling business users to review and analyze datasets
- Manage and review access to supporting systems and manage access for external consultants
- Identify and implement process improvements in daily duties
- Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required:
- Associate Degree in related field or 2 + years’ work related and/or related military experience
- Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and prioritize work based on severity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively and creatively within teams and independently
- Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently
- Ability to follow processes and procedures
- Ability to handle and resolve frequent interpersonal conflict
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, stressful work environment
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employees
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, with overnights included, and work flexible hours
