Responsibilities
Peraton seeks a candidate to provide project management (PM) and integration (SI) support to a client team responsible for the definition, design, and implementation of a new facility that will consolidate our client’s critical teams into a new single facility with the overarching objective of improving mission execution. The PM/SI will need to establish a nimble process to establish a baseline as well as communicate, track, and ultimately seek formal approval for necessary change requests. The change manager must be able to effectively work with multiple stakeholders across the organization as well with contractors to ensure timely progress on objectives with an aggresive schedule.
The PM/SI will also capture minutes, consolidate information, and establish & maintain project management functions and tools for the team. The change manager will also be expected to assist the organization as they execute the consolidation, close out, and stand-up of the new facility.
