Mission: We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and goal-driven Systems Support Administrator to join our team. The Systems Support Admin will perform various administrative tasks, as assigned by the Vice President of IT and Senior Systems Support staff. Duties of the Systems Support Admin include providing support to our corporate staff, franchisees, managers, and employees assisting in daily support needs, and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Responsibilities (include but not limited to the following):

  • Create and manage email accounts and groups
  • Reset email passwords as needed
  • Answer support tickets as assigned
  • Provide software & systems technical support
  • Coordinate and schedule preliminary software installations
  • Data entry
  • Database setup
  • Franchise Information Management site setup
  • Pre-Sale checklist folders and document setup and manage permissions
  • Provide general administrative support to franchisees as needed
  • Provide information by answering questions and requests
  • Handle multiple assignments and projects
  • Install and configure POS systems for franchisees in
  • Configure and support Chromeboxes for initial setup and ongoing support

Qualifications:

  • A knack for troubleshooting.

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Goal-orientated and deadline-driven.
  • Complete tasks quickly and with accuracy.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday: 8:30 – 5:00 PM CST
  • Some projects and events may require longer hours
  • There will be some requirements to come in early and stay late during the work week, which includes but is not limited to annual convention

Compensation:

  • $45k base salary and monthly commissions based on performance.
