Corporate Talent Acquisition Partner (full-time)
Corporate Talent Acquisition Partners with National Youth Advocate Program work administratively as part of an integral service team. Under the general supervision of the Supervisor or designee, the Corporate Talent Acquisition Partner will assist with the successful execution of end-to-end recruiting activities for the agency.
Compensation: $40,000-$50,000/yr. commensurate with degree level, licensure and experience.

Responsibilities
The Corporate Talent Acquisition Partner will perform duties including, but not limited to:
- Perform all work in a manner consistent with the National Youth Advocate Program’s mission, values, and philosophies.
- Executes full life cycle searches for entry level to manager level positions, which includes developing the search strategy, sourcing, pre-screening and interviewing candidates to attract and evaluate candidates to our hiring managers/internal clients.
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans, making necessary adjustments in order to meet aggressive hiring needs.
- Assist with development and execution of recruitment plans.
- Build strong talent pipelines through job boards, job fairs, networking, social media, and employee referrals.
- Handle the recruitment process for assigned requisitions from initial screening to hire, ensuring a positive interaction throughout the process.
- Proactively sources candidates using a variety of methods and tools including networking, social media, list serves, crowdsourcing, passive candidate compilers, e-blasts, cold calling, resume databanks, Boolean searches on LinkedIn, Indeed, CareerBuilder as well as other sites and job aggregators/search engines.
- Nurtures a strong service culture that ensures delivery of timely, repeatable and quality-driven service to multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Assists in the planning and execution of internal and external, in-person and virtual hiring events.
- Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills and the application of an increasingly broad knowledge of talent acquisition methods, practices and techniques.
- Analyze candidate credentials during the pre-screen and evaluating credentials to job requirements.
- Analyze and understand compensation and benefits in order to effectively communicate with candidates.
- Work to collaborate with other agency recruiting efforts in order to increase organizational capacity.
- Assist with the implementation of tools and activities that will streamline the recruiting process.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across NYAP.
- Provide supervisor, HRBP’s, and hiring managers with regular updates on open positions as assigned.
- Engage in timely and appropriate communications with all candidates, hiring managers, HRBPs and other stakeholders.
- Assists with the implementation of assessment screens for candidates.
- Ensures candidates experience an exceptional talent acquisition process.
- Ensure confidentiality of information shared internally and externally.
- Performs other duties as requested.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Human Resources field, or related field preferred.
- Bi-lingual candidate: fluent in Spanish language preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years demonstrated success in employee recruitment required.
- Results-oriented with demonstrated experience in strategic thinking, innovation, and flexibility in dealing with changing environments.
- Stellar written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization in a clear, timely and effective manner.
- Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smart phones and tablets, printers, fax machines and photocopiers as well as software including word processing, spreadsheet and database programs.
