We are looking for you to:
- Build from scratch and lead a newly created Talent Acquisition function, defining key strategic pillars and future operating model, for a future new company.
- Defining policies, standards, core tools and solutions will be at the heart of this new role, to enable the current Talent Attraction/Recruitment Team to deliver at their best, and prepare for a future set up.
- Collaborate with the Talent Attraction/Recruitment Team in place, operating under a Transition Service Agreement, monitoring performance, and securing the right service delivery.
- Build from scratch and lead the Talent Attraction Strategy defining the policy, standards and tools around this function. You will collaborate with the team in place and the service lines through the Transition service agreement in order to structure the Talent attraction department and define the operating model moving forward.
We count on you for:
- Building the Talent Attraction strategy answering current and future business needs.
- Designing and preparing the future of Talent Acquisition post Transition service agreement (TSA) in terms of strategy, operating model, organization, tools and ways of working, performance monitoring.
- Contribute to the design of a Skills based Organization, translating it for a TA roadmap.
- Bringing methodology and support in terms of workforce planning to Strategic business partners and site HR leaders.
- Partnering with the Talent Management lead in order to have a holistic view and integrated approach on internal and external pipelines.
- Working alongside with different teams to build the new Employee Value Proposition and Employer Branding, working alongside with our Communications teams.

- A significant experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a fast growing environment within a multinational company
- Experience in leading the transformation and strategy of Talent Acquisition in a global environment
- A combined experience of consultancy and in-house or RPO
- Project management skills
- Global exposure
- Agile way of working and mindset
- Understanding the business and its connexion with HR

- Competitive salary and benefits package
- The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position: $115,800 to $144,800. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives
