Talent Acquisition Advisor
Talent Acquisition Advisor will provide the innovative thinking and consultation skills needed to source and hire sought-after talent. The ideal candidate has full life cycle recruitment experience and a “roll up your sleeves” attitude. As a subject matter expert and trusted partner to hiring managers, the Talent Advisor will own the hiring manager and recruiter relationships and drive momentum to meet and exceed hiring targets to ensure appropriate staffing levels associated with assigned business segment(s).

Pay Range is $50,000-$55,000 YR

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Advisor &Trusted Business Partner
• Influence client groups by providing insightful market data to drive business growth and decisive action
• Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding hiring partners in talent acquisition best practices for candidate attraction and recruitment processes, leveraging available resources, technology, and reporting data
• Proactively establish and identify recruiting process enhancements to ensure a strong candidate pipeline for all skillsets
• Evaluate, understand and advise stakeholders around supply and demand, labor market trends, best practices in interviewing and selection
• Understand business objectives and connect the role talent and key competencies play in business success
• Dependent upon the role type, and business needs, holds decision making authority to determine final slate of vetted candidates, and in certain instances, will make the hiring decision for “direct placement” hires.
Recruiting
• Build and execute a recruiting strategy to match prospective employees with the right role
• Partner closely with hiring teams to attract, source, and assess high impact talent
• Deliver a positive experience for hiring leaders and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Pre-screen potential candidates, marketing the job opportunity, the organization, and the Advantage culture
• Deliver a qualified diverse slate of talent
• Conduct job offer discussions with candidates
• Maintain up-to-date candidate records
• Handle specialized recruitment needs to address spikes in hiring volume via appropriate talent acquisition strategies
• Track metrics and data for strategic analysis of recruiting campaigns
• Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
Recruiting Governance
• Partner closely with hiring teams to attract, source, and assess high impact talent
• Maintain up-to-date candidate records
• Track metrics and data for strategic analysis of recruiting campaigns
• Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
Advise and Communicate
• Champion a strong community across Talent Acquisition and HR by proactively sharing information and collaborating on assigned initiatives
• Craft and deliver clear, concise, and accurate client ready information at multiple levels

Indirect Reports
– This position does not have guidance or mentoring responsibilities for indirect reports

Travel and/or Driving Requirements

Minimum Qualifications The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job
Education Level: (Required):Bachelor’s Degree Or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in full life cycle recruiting
• Direct sourcing experience for passive talent preferred
• Demonstrated experience in establishing trust and credibility, influencing without formal authority, and working independently
• Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, complex, and deadline-oriented environment, with a bias to action

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field or equivalent experience
• Subject Matter Expertise in best practices and emerging trends in Talent Acquisition
• Experience partnering with and advising hiring managers on recruiting decisions
• Ability to learn systems, processes, and procedures quickly
• Strong project management skills and the ability to execute fast paced and high-volume recruitment efforts with bias to action
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take the initiative and build productive relationships, demonstrating critical thinking and creative solutions
• Exceptional organizational and planning skills in coordinating complex projects
• Excellent relationship management skills-ability to establish credibility and partner with leaders to identify talent gaps, needs, risk and plans for actions

Environmental & Physical Requirements
Office / Sedentary Requirements
Typically, requires the abilty to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may require the ability to lift up to 10lbs.
