Last Energy (LE) seeks a highly motivated Talent Associate to contribute to LE’s rapid growth goals. The Talent Associate will be responsible for sourcing new candidates and coordinating interviews. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, be able to multitask, and possess excellent communication skills.
The Talent Associate will work with the Talent team in LE’s DC office and contribute to LE’s recruitment activities around the world.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Actively source and reach out to potential candidates through various channels including Linkedin, job boards, social media, and employee referrals
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting process to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruiting data in our applicant tracking system (Lever)
- Assist with other recruiting-related tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience in a recruiting-related role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems
$60,000 – $80,000 a year
