Who you are:
This role will have a key focus on creating, implementing, and conducting iCIMS training & development programs for our internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is passionate about problem-solving and will leverage superior customer service skills to provide swift & thorough support to our Hiring Managers around the current ATS platform (iCIMS) and ancillary products. The indivdual in this role will incorporate common themes & ticket subject matter trends when building out iCIMS training resources for our 5,000+ end users.
Key highlights:
- Full time role
- 5 days per week; M-F
- The anticipated schedule for this role will be 9am-5pm EST
- Remote role (productivity will be measured by internal metrics)
- Up to $21.63/hr
Responsabilidades
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 1 year of work experience in a customer service role; preferably in a tech-centric role at nationally recognized technology retailers; Bachelors/Associates degree or equivalent in Technology and/or related fields is a plus
- Strong presentation skills
- At least 1-2 years experience of designing and implementing effective technical training and development programs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with HCM/ATS software is a plus
- Strong customer relations skills
- Capacity to control an interaction in a consultative way
- Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong knowledge of web-browser based technologies
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assesses training and development needs through ticket queue trends, as well as feedback from hiring managers and Talent Development/Acquisition teams
- Creates and/or develops training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials
- Addresses and resolves Hiring Manager concerns and issues via internal ticketing tool
- Independently collects and tracks information and details of reported problems
- Presents training and development programs using various forms and formats including written guides, live demonstrations, and pre-recorded videos
- Interacts with hiring managers through various channels including phone and email to address and resolve concerns and issues
- Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements
- Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback
- Attempts to resolve Hiring Manager issues or escalate to advanced personnel if necessary
- Consistently ensures that business is conducted with empathy and integrity at all times and that behavior aligns with Aimbridge policies procedures and core competencies
