Job Description
Duties: Identify business opportunities that solve problems for customers and help increase profitability. Define the vision and strategy for payment acceptance globally and manage the product lifecycle from concept to delivery to ensure that product priorities meet business profitability goals. Represent payment organization in meetings with prospective partners and provide consultation on digital payment’s capability and features. Train customer relationship management and integration services teams on standard operating procedures to ensure functional and operational effectiveness of payment acceptance across customer segments. Hire, train, and evaluate the performance of product managers on the team, building payment products that amplify growth for the payment business. Lead product brown bags at different company events to promote new and existing payment acceptance features. Work with cross-functional product and engineering teams in a Scrum Agile environment, and drive the product delivery across functional teams. Work with marketing teams to define the go-to market strategy for newly launched products. Review business and operational metrics with the payment acceptance team and provide management reporting to help project sales and profitability. Drive resolution to the voice of customer concerns regarding payment acceptance flows across multiple partners in various geographies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering Management, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Engineering Product Manager, Product Manager 2, Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst, Senior IT Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering Management, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Engineering Product Manager, Product Manager 2, Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst, Senior IT Analyst, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: building software as a service or platform products; analyzing and using data to create process efficiencies; analyzing large datasets; managing pre-sales and post-launch activities to support the sales cycle; working with CRM systems; using SQL to query databases and analyze data; Agile; Jira; Excel; utilizing project management software to write concise user stories; building products and technologies used for payments processing; and low fidelity prototypes and using UI tools.

Full-Time. Salary: $275,000 – $275,000 per year.
