The Tax Analyst I is responsible for all aspects of income tax and related issues. Responsible for the preparation of income tax returns, maintenance of file documentation and working on income tax related projects. This role will be a shared resource within the Tax Department having visibility into many aspects of the tax department as they begin their professional career path.
Responsibilities:
- Participates with Tax Management on analysis and preparation of income tax related assignments
- Prepares income tax returns
- Analyzes and responds to tax inquires
- Perform reviews and reconciliation of monthly income tax balance sheet accounts
- Perform tax research on various income tax situations
- Develop and improve tax processes with technology driven mindset
- Shared resource in Tax Department being exposed to Federal, State, US International, and Transfer Pricing processes
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (New Grads welcome to apply)
- 0+ years of corporate finance, treasury or accounting experience
- Must be commutable to Lincolnshire, IL and in office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Preferred Qualifications:
- Accounting Degree preferred over other disciplines
- Prior internship or work experience in tax or accounting
- Motivated, tech-savvy, eager to learn
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excel, Corptax PowerBI experience preferred

Salary: USD 50900.00 – USD 76300.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
