Team Lead Level 2 Desktop Technician Opportunity!
We are looking for a Lead Level 2 PC Technician to configure, troubleshoot, and monitor the functioning of personal computers and server systems, undertake pre-emptive maintenance on telecommunication equipment, escalate issues which are unresolved, aid other teams in supporting different operating systems, besides Wide Area Network (WAN) and Local Area Network (LAN), and respond to phone calls, messages and emails relating to system issues or hardware problems.
You will also keep abreast of equipment and hardware contracts, deploying products quickly to address crucial business needs of an organization, providing help with network issues, working along with other members of the IT team to install new software, providing assistance in maintaining inventory of peripheral devices of all systems, creating documentation of computer hardware issues and trouble shooting and having comprehensive knowledge of one of the latest versions of operating systems, such as Windows or macOS or UNIX/Linux. The Team Lead will be a liaison between the client and our company.
This is a 6 month plus opportunity that sits near Overland Park, KS.
Pay Rate: between $27.00 and $37.00 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
