We arethe Northwest’s leader in window and door replacement and offer our Signature Service to homeowners in Oregon, SW Washington and the Greater San Diego area. We pride ourselves in delivering world class customer service experiences and giving back to the communities within which we live.
We are looking to add a Weekend Tech Coordinator to our team. This individual will work closely with the Sales Team to assist in scheduling tech measure appointments while reps are in-home.
Job Duties Include:
• Monitor tech schedule and ensure projects get scheduled as soon as possible.
• Handle any rescheduling or tech related requests as they come in.
• Be available during all working hours to respond to inquiries from Sales for appointment requests.
Job Requirements
• Must have laptop/desktop and workstation
• Must live locally in the Portland/OR area.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
Skills & Abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Self-driven with strong time management
• Customer service skills
• Ability to problem solve when required.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
• Work is performed in a remote home setting
• Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing/typing/data entry.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday; 10:00am – 8:00pm
