Job Title: Technical Lead 1, Analytics
Compensation: $80,000 to $95,000

Adswerve is looking for a Technical Lead, Analytics to join the Analytics Services team. The Technical Lead will be brought into client projects to act as a subject matter expert alongside our consulting team. The ideal candidate will be someone that is motivated and interested in building unique solutions for Adswerve’s Clients and wants to become a technical expert in products outside of the GMP stack. The Technical Lead will brainstorm and bring new & creative solutions to our clients and teams.

This position will spend 70% of their time on client interactions, 10% mentorship, 10% on Individual Training and Development, and 10% on internal work.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members on client projects, providing product and technical thought leadership throughout the project scope
- Handling ad hoc projects and requests working across all client sizes and industries
- Partner with Consultants on presales and client scoping, estimating task execution, and QAing others work
- Bringing clients unique solutions based on different areas of expertise (ex. Segment, Server Side Google Tag Manager, Big Query, OneTrust, etc)
- Remotely mentor teammates on a variety of analytics related skills such as JavaScript, tag management systems, privacy and consent management, etc
Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent experience within Digital Analytics or Adtech
- At least 3 years experience with Google Analytics and the Google Marketing Platform
- 1-2 years of experience in product or technical specialties such as: Tableau, Looker Studio, BigQuery, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Tealium, Segment, Amplitude, OneTrust, etc
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, having experience providing and explaining solutions to clients
- Experience mentoring and training junior team members and/or clients
- Interest in creating blog posts and other marketing related to subject specialties as part of building a technical brand and presence
- Excellent presentation skills and experience within the Google Suite
This position pays a base salary of $80,000 to $95,000 per year. Wage differential is based on seniority, merit, geographic location, education, training and experience.
