Technical Lead (Search and Power Apps/Power Automate)

Position Responsibilities:
• Configure MS Search following best practices recommended by Microsoft
• Provide self-service offering for MS Search features including Bookmarks, Q&A’s and Acronyms
• Deploy MS Search Graph connector/Agents to crawl external content
• Set up MS Search Graph connector/agents HA/DR as per requirements
• Action on the MS Search analytics to measure and drive the adoption
• A good candidate with experience in other search products like Coveo, Elastic, Kendra, ACS, SharePoint Search, etc. can be considered without MS Search experience.
• Experience with Power Platform governance and best practices
• Experience with API or REST Services Integrations
• Develop, maintain, and support solutions built on the Power Platform: Power Apps and Power Automate
• Build and configure Power BI, Power Apps, Automatic Process Workflows with Power Automate and necessary connectors.
• Responsible for governance and implementation of the Power Platform tools.
• Leverage Metadata and Content types to ensure consistency across all Power Platform solutions
• Geberal Skills:
• Knowledge of Office 365, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
• Adhere to and help construct technical standards, security, and IT best practices.
• Must possess strong communications skills both verbal and written
• Develop a training and knowledge transfer plan to IT staff
• Develop and maintain a product backlog and features list
• Experience using any agile tool for scrum/sprints
• Utilize problem solving skills to understand client pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise
• Work with business and IT Teams to design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing
• Interface with business users in a professional manner to understand their requirements and analyze requirements to plan and develop solutions

The annual salary for this position is between $ 86,710- $ 133,830depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
