Job Responsibilities
Cost Reduction Technical Program Manager:
- Able to construct detailed product cost reduction roadmaps and plans
- Understand and articulate all the aspects of cost drivers and potential cost reduction opportunities around those drivers
- Drive accountability across PG and Supply Chain organizations to drive costs.
- Demonstrated experience holding people accountable across matrix organizations and understating of the escalation process
- Experience presenting and communicating program progress at frequent executive program reviews
- Drive CFT toward a vision cost objective with appropriate program planning and execution, work breakdown structures and resource management
Minimum Qualifications
- Clear understanding of a company’s product development and release process (preferably within SEMI industry)
- Technical degree preferred – helps during complex tradeoff analyses of cost vs performance
- Minimum 7 years experience in technical program management, supply chain or equivalent
- Experience with FMEAs, DFX, and other key analysis tools
- PMP certification preferred or equivalent experience
Salary and Benefits
CA San Francisco Bay Area – Salary Range for this position: $132,000- $285,000.
The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
