The Enterprise Engineering team is searching for a TPM with experience managing programs on highly scalable distributed systems. We are solving the hard problem of meeting experience that we believe will help the industry on productivity and raise the bar in overall meeting experience for customers. Come help our team to disrupt the industry on the meeting experience. You will have an opportunity to lead the next generation meetings experience for hundreds of thousands of Amazonians.
In pursuit of that mission, we’re looking for someone who’s self-driven, able to deal with ambiguity, passionate about giving customers the best possible experience and comes with technical and program management fundamentals.
To succeed in this role, you should be incredibly customer focused, have a good understanding on technologies the team uses, must enjoy collaborating with teams across the company, and take pleasure from delighting customers with the high-quality development of products and services at a global scale. You should be excited to manage programs on top of AWS services and comfortable learning new cutting-edge AWS services.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 3+ years of technical product or program management experience
– 2+ years of software development experience
– 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
– Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $101,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $197,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
