As a TPM in Intelligent Creation, TikTok, you’ll be the bridge between various teams across countries, working closely with people from Product, Engineering and various teams, driving the end-to-end delivery of new capabilities, products and features to market, inspiring creativity and bring joy to our users around the globe.
Manage a variety of complex, cross-functional projects/programs/portfolios and lead all aspects of assigned programs delivery with a deep understanding of the business. You will be responsible for the project process and results.
Create and maintain the roadmap for the teams you work closely with, along with the respective tech and product leaders and continuously optimize collaboration mechanisms.
Continually monitor and analyze project efficiency conditions. Find pain points and constantly find ways of improving development and collaboration efficiency in a data-driven manner. You’ll be the owner of the collaboration process and tools.
Continually abstract the common process/standard into methodology and find ways to reuse other projects. Continually improve process efficiency by optimizing workflow and automation.
Qualifications
1. BA/BS degree or above with 5+ years project delivery or technical leadership background in Internet industry with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, will enable you to succeed in TikTok’s fast paced environment. Experience in AI-related & creation-tools-related programs is preferred
2. Experience working in multi-time zones, multi-culture is preferred.
3. Experience in measurement and efficiency improvement. With excellent logical thinking and analytical skills. With highly sensitive to data. With good business and technical understanding
4. Be sensitive and curious about new things, be good at learning, more important than your specific skillset is your ‘can do’ attitude and willingness not to be constrained by your job description.
5. Effective communication skills to handle comms to teams, management and cross functional stakeholders at all levels, and a proven track record of getting things done/shipping projects.
6. Experience working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment where self-motivated, autonomy and self-decision making is needed (to an extent) and juggle between multiple projects/tasks.
7. Passionate about the Internet industry and willing to grow with the company in the process of learning by dealing with emerging global issues and challenges.
