What you will do:
As a Technical Project Analyst Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in ADT’s diverse range of products, encompassing hardware, customer applications, and the holistic customer experience, including support processes like Care, Installation, and Service. Your responsibilities will include to understanding and managing the tickets within the backlogs of assigned scrum teams. By actively participating in backlog grooming, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our priorities align seamlessly with our strategic roadmap. You’ll utilize tools like Jira dashboards and Confluence to convey your analyses, documentation, and essential content, enabling effective communication and decision-making.
What you need to be successful:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or similar program.
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and complex spreadsheet management
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create compelling presentations and effectively communicate complex information

- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira).
- Exceptional ability to convey ideas, thoughts, and information clearly and concisely, both in written and verbal communication.

- $22/hour for Undergraduates, $25/hour if you have begun classes in a Graduate Program.
