Technical Project Management Intern

What you will do:

As a Technical Project Management Intern, you will contribute to various aspects of project management and development processes. Your responsibilities will encompass conducting user feedback sessions with business application users, crucially improving our application support. Additionally, you will document detailed user requirements for application features, ensuring clear communication with our development teams. Collaborating closely with our project managers, you’ll assist in organizing and prioritizing our work backlog for delivery teams, streamlining our development processes. Furthermore, you’ll create knowledge-based articles for new features, equipping our support teams with the resources needed to assist users effectively.

What you need to be successful:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with a graduation date between 2024 and 2026
  • Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and complex spreadsheet management
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create compelling presentations and effectively communicate complex information

What will set you apart:

  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
  • Familiarity with software programming in any language

  • $22/hour for Undergraduates, $25/hour if you have begun classes in a Graduate Program.
