Technical Release Manager

343 Industries is the developer of the blockbuster Halo series of video games and, as part of Xbox Game Studios, oversees the Halo franchise including games, television series, novels, comics, licensed collectibles, apparel and more. We are looking for new Spartans to join our team to build the next generation of games and experiences in our in our award-winning sci-fi universe. As the Technical Release Manager, you’ll be responsible for coordinating weekly service releases with studio partners, working with Content Management Systems (CMS), and focusing on process improvement within 343 Industries. Qualifications:
Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree AND 1+ year(s) experience in production roles in gaming or entertainment industry, or other multi-disciplinary leadership
    • OR equivalent experience
  • 1+ year(s) experience in release and managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ year(s) experience release, project, and/or managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers.
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate complex systems and identify areas for optimization
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
  • Familiarity with popular game development tools and platforms.
  • Availability for occasional travel to in-person meetings.

Game Producers IC2 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $76,400 – $151,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $100,300 – $165,400 per year.
