As Technical Sales Manager you will:
- Enhance the customer portfolio through the provision of technical expertise, with the overall aim of growing the concrete paver market.
- Provide technical expertise in paving techniques, equipment, and grade control systems to colleagues and customers alike.
- Ensure that machine setup, training, sizing, and configuration is accurate and correct for each use.
- Train customers on effective and safe use of products.
- Provide sales and business development support for products by maintaining contact with the sales team and customers.
For the role of Technical Sales Manager, you require:
- A sales or technical background in the Paving Equipment or Road Construction markets.
- Previous experience with the relevant manufacturer’s lines. Such as Bomag, Wirtgen, Gomaco, Dynapac, Ammann, Roadtec, Gencor.
- Extensive experience in providing technical expertise to support sales teams and customers for the ultimate goal of developing the market growth.
- Have supreme drive to continue and add to the dealerships outstanding growth over the past five years.
